ClimateImpactsOnline provides information on possible impacts of climate change on the Central Asia region.
The climate crisis is increasing the risk of extreme events, like intense rainfall or prolonged dry spells. Climate change is already impacting livelihoods across Central Asia. Considering projected climate impacts, there is a need for state-of-the-art tools to better understand existing and projected climate risks in an accessible and user-friendly way. Web-based tools can help policy and decision makers, scientists or farmers to better respond to climate change.
Additional information on cities' locations, water bodies, forests and mountains at different administrative level is available to understand the local impacts.
